We spent a lovely stay in Zarautz, with the mountains in the background and surfers to watch from beside the pool. The restaurant food was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. Jokin, Jose, and everyone else went out of their way to make things feel just right. I can't recommend the hotel enough. Thank you so much.

We stayed five nights and especially loved the breakfast. The facilities were very good quality and seemed new, and the view was amazing. The staff really made the difference: they were so kind and always smiling. Keep it up.

The ocean was part of the room thanks to the electric windows in both the bedroom and shower room. Our room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, with lovely linen, and the hotel felt relaxed throughout. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and all the comfortable seating, indoors and outside. Oihana gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. At dinner, Jose looked after us and knew a lot about the food and wine. The restaurant was excellent, and booking ahead for dinner is recommended. Breakfast the next morning had a fresh buffet as well as hot dishes from the kitchen. Breakfast and parking were included in our stay. Highly recommend.

They welcomed us with an umbrella and helped us get to the apartment. The service was excellent, and we’ll definitely come back. Parking was included, as was EV charging with a Type 2, three-phase connection, with no extra charge, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant had good service and food.

We loved the interior: simple and natural, with a modern feel and a little touch of luxury. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a perfect sea view, and the restaurant food was delicious. The team were spectacular, both friendly and professional. The only drawback is its position right on a fairly busy street. Luckily, shutting the windows blocks the noise really well.
