Addis Ville Hotel Apartment

We came as a large group and used about five or six rooms for nearly two weeks. The rooms were spacious and great, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They looked after our team, helped us get where we needed to go, and pointed us in the right direction whenever we needed it. I wish I’d caught everyone’s names, but Heaven at reception and the whole staff deserve a shout-out for going above and beyond. Addis Ville exceeded our expectations.

What stood out most at Addis Ville Hotel Apartment was how the staff treated me. Hana from the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager, was kind, professional, and available, while Rahel supported me throughout my stay. I’m grateful to both of them for their helpful service and positive attitude. The reception team was especially respectful and lovely, and Rahel deserves a special thank you for her warm manner. The hotel is calm, welcoming, and felt safe. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the care taken with cleanliness was clear throughout. Everything felt well prepared, and the place was relaxing and homey from the moment I arrived. My stay was smooth and well organized. Staff handled requests quickly and professionally, and the service and cleanliness made the experience enjoyable. It seems a good fit for either business or leisure, and I’d gladly return and recommend it. The whole team, especially Hana from the Marketing team (Marketing Manager) and Rahel, helped make the visit a great one. The hotel is very clean and orderly, with management paying attention to details and guest comfort. The staff are polite and considerate, especially at reception, where they provide friendly service with a positive attitude. Rahel at reception deserves special thanks. It was a wonderful experience.

A prime spot! This has become one of the best hotel apartment stays I’ve had here in Ethiopia. 🙌🏾 😌

As a solo woman travelling, I felt valued and safe throughout my stay at Addis Ville Hotel Apartment. The doormen, managers, and front desk staff treated me like family, and that warmth meant a lot when I was so far from home. I enjoyed chatting with the door staff, and the managers offered thoughtful recommendations. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very clean. Staff were attentive to details and quick to help with whatever I needed, whether it was housekeeping or a front desk request. Even a simple greeting felt warm and genuine. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was lovely and the service was excellent. The staff were kind, professional, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. It was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I’d happily recommend Addis Ville Hotel Apartment to anyone wanting a welcoming stay. I’ll definitely return on my next visit.
