The restaurant serves very good food, and I especially enjoyed the local Ethiopian dishes. Lemlem was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, and made dining there special. The service throughout was great, and the hotel was comfortable. This was my second stay here, and it was pleasant again. The location is ideal if you need to be near the airport, making arrival and departure convenient. I'd happily recommend it.

I live in Addis and haven't stayed at Best Western Premier Dynasty, but I enjoy lunch at Zemen Lobby Bar on Thursdays before teaching Zumba Dnace Fitness nearby in the evenings. The lobby always welcomes me with the smell of freshly roasted coffee. The food is consistently very good, and I really enjoy the macchiato. What keeps bringing me back is how courteous, friendly, and respectful the staff are to all the guests. The care they take to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied makes the place feel so welcoming. Thanks to the Zemen Lobby bar staff, and also to the people at the main entrance and reception!

I’ve been using the gym, lounge, and pool here for years. The indoor pool is clean and better than pools at comparable hotels, though the locker room could use work. The lounge service is amazing, especially Habtie, who looked after me so well. It’s a good hotel in a great, safe area that doesn’t feel too crowded.

Lemlem, our waitress, made every restaurant visit feel welcoming. She was so friendly, and we really appreciated her. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, breakfast had a nice selection, and the massage was a relaxing break after long travel days. Thanks to the whole team at Best Western Premier Dynasty Addis Ababa for a wonderful stay.

Lunch at Best Western Premier Dynasty Hotel was a really good experience, largely thanks to Habtie Kindie. He was attentive and professional throughout, and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. His warm manner and care for good service made the meal memorable.
