The staff were friendly. A few of them didn't speak English, but we still managed to understand each other. The Wi-Fi was okay, though it didn't work on some days. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had hot water. A great place to stay in Addis Abeba!

Daily cleaning, a generator for power cuts, and hot water around the clock were the good points. There was no food or water available, and no pickup or drop-off service. No fan or AC either, and the TV had no channels. Laundry was available, but delivery took a long time and sometimes the wrong items came back.

The facility needs repairs urgently. Power cuts are frequent, and the standby generator doesn't work. Most of the room amenities are out of service.
