The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. The steam and sauna rooms worked well and were powerful, and the clean rest area had water and lemon juice. At ETB 900, Asselefech Merga Spa felt like a fair option for a three-star hotel. It was harder to relax with the gym nearby and all the surrounding noise. The locker and shower area could be better too, with just two basic showers.

I was really happy with the service here, and the hotel is wonderful. Zinash, the hotel manager, was very kind to me. I also want to thank Sami and Mahlet at reception for their respect, kindness, and hospitality.

I spent more than ten days here and was very happy with the stay. The restaurant service and food were a big part of that, the meals were mouthwatering. My room was clean and comfortable too. The waiters were so kind and respectful, with such warm expressions, I don't have enough words for their service. Thanks so much.

For ten nights on our missions trip, we had a clean, comfortable place to sleep, and the staff were kind and friendly. The rooms were very clean. There wasn't a hot shower, but that didn't bother us much. The restaurant staff were excellent. We did notice the menu prices went up once it became clear we'd be eating there for several days.
