Dream View Guesthouse

I was locked out when the hotel gates closed at midnight. After a late event, I rushed back and had to find a room at another hotel. That capped off a disappointing stay, though I'd been coming here every weekend for three months. During one visit, a friend came by to charge her phone and stayed a couple of hours. The front desk staff were hostile, dismissive, and rude about it, leaving me uncomfortable for having a guest. They charged me 2,500 birr. I paid without arguing, but the reaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially given how often I stayed. We'd apologized, so there was no reason for him to raise his voice at us. The poor courtesy and lack of professionalism made me feel undervalued as a loyal guest. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want respectful service and an easy visit. Plenty of other hotels treat their guests with kindness.

The staff were awesome and went out of their way to help. After 10 days, I was kinda sad to leave them. The location isn't bad either, and the rooms were nice and clean. The food was great, and the place was kept clean overall. Trust me, whatever this place lacks, the staff more than make up for it.

There's no parking or small side roads, but it's not a bad place. They serve local food and special coffee, and you can sleep and eat here inexpensively.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and a good location too.
