Eyana Hotel

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it faced the road and was too noisy for my taste. When I mentioned it, the manager immediately offered to move me, after asking whether everything was to my liking. The staff were kind and attentive, from reception to the rooftop breakfast team, and they easily accommodated my extra requests, including vegan food. I only stayed one night at Eyana Hotel before moving on, but I’d go back.

I stayed for a week and will come back. The room was comfortable, and the staff were nice. There’s a lounge and restaurant on the top floor with an amazing city view, and it’s usually empty. The only downside was noise from people drinking all night at the liquor store across the street, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

I arrived to find that the two rooms I’d booked through Booking had been given to other people, so there were no rooms for me. The hotel is old, the beds were dirty, and the staff treated us very badly and showed no respect to guests. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

We stayed about three weeks because the rooms were fairly new, nice, and good for the price. But the service was horrible and breakfast was awful, so you’re better off eating elsewhere. Noise from a nearby bar was annoying too. On our last morning, the toilet broke and we reported it. When we got back, the bathroom was flooded with stool, so we had to leave right away. They hadn’t done anything to fix it all day. 😒
