Golden Park Apartment Hotel

There was one especially nice employee working the lobby and bar in the evenings, but he was responsible for all 9 floors on his own. The staff are few, and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. We were missing towels, bedding, body soap, and shampoo. One room went without a towel for 3 days, and another had no TV remote. We kept asking for basic things and were told they’d be brought, but nothing arrived. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet. We had to order, wait 45 minutes to an hour, and even then something was missing. Getting the missing item took ages too. We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. There’s a lot more I could say, but I feel bad for the employees who need to earn money for their households. I held off writing a review, hoping things would improve, but this was just a bad hotel. I hope the owner learns from real reviews instead of the fictitious ones on the site.
