Harmony Hotel

After a long journey, Mrs Tsion G greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome right away. Her warm, professional manner stood out, and check-in was handled efficiently. She was also very helpful. Thanks to the front desk service, my recent stay at Harmoney Hotel was memorable from the start.

I spent three days there for meetings and used the meeting rooms, with snacks and lunch provided. The halls were cozy and did the job, though there was nothing special about them. Lunch was good but not great, while the fish was excellent. All in all, it was a good, productive three days.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and the bathroom in my sixth-floor room was awful. Laundry was supposed to arrive in the afternoon, but they blamed a power outage and didn’t bring it until midnight, after I asked again in the evening. That wasn’t professional. At the wellness center, staff didn’t explain that the keys had numbers. They left guests waiting at the swimming door, then made them walk back upstairs to ask for it to be opened each time. They giggled and made fun of guests, and didn’t treat first-time visitors well. There were no drinking water glasses in the spa either. I also saw onions and tomatoes carried openly in the elevator with guests. They should be covered in aluminum or kept out of sight. That didn’t look professional.

On my third night, I called at 11:30 PM to order cake and was told they didn’t serve it after 10:00 PM. I’ve stayed at hotels around the world and never come across that rule. I went to reception ten minutes later and spoke with the night manager, who laughed and said he’d “take care of it.” Nobody at the bar helped in the meantime. Eventually the manager confirmed the cake would be sent, so I paid and went back to my room. Half an hour passed with no cake, and reception didn’t answer when I called. I went downstairs again and found them acting as if it had only just been prepared. Earlier in my stay, I’d told staff that my room window wouldn’t close properly. After going out and returning to shower on my first day, I asked them to change the damp sheets and the towels I’d left on the bathroom floor. They initially said they would, but 45 minutes later told me guests only get one towel and one bedsheet a day. I thought that was absurd and offered to pay extra, after which they agreed. Another 30 minutes later, they said the room was ready, but the towels were still on the floor and the sheets hadn’t been changed. They’d only been straightened, and still smelled of my perfume. I complained again and was told it would be fixed. Ten minutes later they said it was sorted, but housekeeping was still in the room when I returned. After they finished, I reminded them about the window, which they couldn’t repair. Only after I insisted I’d call the police did they move me to a suite. I strongly advise against staying here. It was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.
