There are trees around the hotel, and it’s clean, affordable, and good value. Everyone at Ivy hotel Ethiopia, from the entrance staff to reception and beyond, made us feel at home and was always ready to help. It’s a nice place to stay when in Ethiopia. We suggested adding some west African dishes to the venue. With that addition, it would be amazing.

The on-site dining impressed me with fresh, flavorful food in a chic but welcoming setting, and the location makes it easy to reach the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. My room paired comfort with luxury, from the plush bed to the modern amenities and wide city views. Every corner was spotless. The hotel’s contemporary design caught my eye as soon as I entered the stylish lobby. The staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out most. They offered local recommendations and handled every request with a smile, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The Ivy Hotel sits in the vibrant city center and brings together sleek design, cleanliness, and heartfelt hospitality. It made for a memorable visit, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

The construction sites nearby were quiet at night, and taxi drivers all knew how to find Ivy Hotel. We had the cleanest room in Addis, and the staff were attentive around the clock. Thanks for such great service.

The location is great, and the housekeeping, security, and front desk teams were especially good. Still, management needs to address some things. At the breakfast restaurant, Hareg the chef seemed to pay more attention to her tips than to the guests. I’d rather not describe my experience with her in writing. Some room items were beyond repair, but they still charged the same price even after admitting they couldn’t be repaired.
