Two drunk couples were yelling in the hallway and slamming their door. I reported the disturbance to reception more than twice, but nothing was done. The receptionist just said “OKAY” after I explained what was going on. I also asked to change rooms or have the other guests lower their voices, but she didn’t seem to care. My experience at this hotel was extremely bad.
A quiet, pleasant place to meet. The room rate is very good with breakfast included, and the food is tasty and affordable. Totally worth a visit.
They keep playing Ai music nonstop, so I’m not sure whether I’d call the place good. Apart from that, the customer service is great, and it’s calm and cozy, even for working.
Breakfast is great, the spaces are clean, and the decor is good. The genset is on standby, and there are no strange, coercive fasting rules. I never met the manager, but they seem very intelligent and attentive to detail. The guests are decent and intelligent too. It feels like an oasis of psychological freedom in an ever diminishing beacon of light, Ethiopia.
The sheets had hair all over them and the blankets were stained. It was the most unhygienic room I’ve ever seen, and fyi thy dont laundrythe blankets. The finance head supervises things, as if there’s no manager to handle complaints, and she is so unprofessional. They have you fill out a complaint form, then play hide and seek. Worst experience ever, very disappointing. Don’t ever step afoot in.
