The security and receptionist were extremely rude and seemed to be working together to overcharge me. There are plenty of nearby places with much better rooms and customer service. It’s a bad place.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned before I checked in, and I was very disappointed by how dirty it was. Basic hygiene should be a minimum when guests are paying to stay. Management needs to pay more attention to housekeeping. I can’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve room cleanliness.

It’ll do, but there’s nothing impressive about it.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was clean, and there was room service and a doorman on duty, so it was still sleepable. But the location isn’t great, and the rooms are very dark. Power cuts happen constantly, which makes the stay unpleasant. There’s also a smell of old furniture and a garbage dump next door. In some rooms, the toilet doesn’t work.
