From the security team to reception and housekeeping, everyone helped make the stay pleasant and memorable. They were consistently friendly, courteous, and professional, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Biruktawit deserves a special mention as an outstanding hostess and a wonderful person. This place in Addis is a real hidden gem. Highly recommended!

The general manager and staff did a lot to make the stay enjoyable. They even let me pay on checkout day, something I haven't found at most hotels. If you're looking for a great hotel in the city, this is the place.

They let us check in a few hours early, which was the one good part. The website didn't match what we got: we paid extra for a room with a tub, but later found it wasn't included, even though the photos showed one. We went back and forth, but the problem never got sorted out. I'll think twice before staying again.

The location is prime, and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive. The rooms work perfectly for families or business. I used to live in Addis and never knew a hotel like this. I'll stay here on my next trip!

The location is excellent, and breakfast coffee is first-class. The Loft Superior Suite is cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed and spotless bathroom and fixtures. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and competent.
