The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and nice, with a new, comfortable mattress. One thing that could be better is breakfast: there’s no buffet and not much choice.

I was so happy with my stay at Medal Hotel Addis Abeba. They provided breakfast, internet, a clean room with hot water, and a parking space. I’m grateful for the hospitality and good management. Keep up the good work. Thank you! Neway Beshe, Engineer

The place felt clean and homey, and it was fairly priced. I also liked the breakfast. It’s close to the airport and easy to reach by transport.

What made me recommend Medal hotel so strongly was the service and hospitality. They can really change how a visit to Ethiopia feels, and I’ll absolutely stay here again if I come to Addis. The rooms and everything else were clean, well serviced, and nicely put together, with a fair price. The hotel is extremely close to the Addis Bike airport, too.

I’d recommend Medal hotel. It’s just 10 minutes from Addis Ababa international airport, and there are plenty of restaurants within a five minute walk. The owner was professional and very helpful. My room cost 55 US dollars, including breakfast and a free airport pickup. For the trip back, they arranged a taxi for 200 Ethiopian Bir. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, as was the bathroom. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, but everything else was okay.
