I travel from the USA to Addis once a year and try somewhere different each time, but Saphire Addis Hotel has become my favorite. What I appreciate most is how clean and comfortable the rooms are, with thoughtful touches that help me relax. The location is handy, and the staff are warm and welcoming from check-in through departure. Service is prompt and professional, and people are genuinely keen to help. I love staying here and highly recommend it.

There was a good range of high quality food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the exercise room was clean and very good. My room was also tidy and well kept, and the laundry service was great. The Saphire hotel is well located and good value for the price. Staff were professional and friendly, and reception was excellent.

We held our wedding here, and the staff helped everything go smoothly without stress. They were professional, supportive, and easy to work with. The room itself was amazing, with everything working perfectly, which you don't find at every hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Getting around Addis Ababa was easy from the hotel's convenient location, and I really liked the calm atmosphere. My room was spacious and cozy, with what I needed for a relaxing stay. Sapphire Addis Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were respectful, friendly, and always ready to help. Good value and excellent service. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
