I've worked out at this gym for five years, and the coach is what makes each session so good. He's approachable and friendly, explains exercises clearly, patiently corrects your form, and encourages you to push yourself without making it feel like too much. Even when tired, he's ready to help. The staff are attentive, the equipment is maintained well, and the place stays clean and motivating. It's a great gym if you want good facilities and a coach who cares about your progress.

Ms. Maryamawh was so kind, gentle, cooperative, and held herself to a high standard. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time at this world class hotel. Thank you, Maryamawh, and thank you Saro Maria hotel. Best in Adis Ababa.

The gym was a real plus during my stay at Saro Maria Hotel. It's clean and organized, with the equipment needed for cardio and strength workouts. The coach, teshome, was especially polite and ready to help, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the good service made my stay more enjoyable. I recommend it for comfort and having a gym handy.

The gym and spa are terrible if you're hoping for a peaceful time. They don't seem to care, and there's no manager or reception on site. The service isn't staffed properly, and you have to get your own towels. Please avoid it.

Management offered no support when we needed help, and parking was so inconvenient that getting the car parked comfortably was difficult. On top of that, they charged me for a night I didn't stay, which felt frustrating and unfair. It was by far my worst hotel experience, and based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend Saro Maria Hotel. Biniyam
