The price was very affordable. The shower plumbing had some problems, and the hot water was an issue too. WiFi worked fine, though, since they have a generator.

The manager and his team were helpful throughout our time in Hawassa, guiding us during the stay. The hotel is clean, the hospitality was great, and the staff were very friendly. Our bedroom was comfortable, and the complex was really nice. Its spot right in front of Hawassa University is perfect.

I can't say I've disliked this hotel.

When I booked at Gust House three months ago, a room cost 800 birr a day, and I booked for three days. Now I asked for Gabriel's room and was told it would be 2600 birr. A 310% increase is insane. I've never seen this kind of cruelty before, and it left me feeling forced to write this review. Esey Gust House?????

For the location, it's a decent and clean hotel. I paid about €10 for a single room with its own bathroom.
