Kefala made a big difference to our experience. He listened closely and took care to make sure everything about our food was exactly how we wanted it. He was kind and professional, with real attention to detail. His warmth and care deserve recognition. He should get a raise and promotion. Thanks for the great service, we’ll definitely return.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the bar lounge was a great place to hear live piano in the evening. Kefale was a lovely waiter, and the pool staff were friendly and quick to help. Daniel made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Special thanks to the cleaning Lady, whose name I unfortunately don’t know. There was a misunderstanding, but hotel management did everything they could to make our stay great. Thank you “Inter Luxury”, and thank you Selam. We enjoyed our stay and hope to see you again.

The gym is thoughtfully designed, and the massages were very, very good for a cheap price. We had a wonderful stay at Inter Luxury Hotel, with comfort and excellent hospitality throughout. Everyone was kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Yaye was a fantastic driver for all our transfers, always punctual, friendly, and professional. Senait, Berry, and Danite were also consistently available and kind, and gave excellent service. We highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

Kafale made our stay especially good. He went above and beyond, with a friendly manner, genuine care, and an eye for detail that helped make sure everything was right. Service across the hotel was warm, professional, and attentive. Our standard room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Great value, too.

This was my second time at your hotel, and I’d recommend it from the bottom of my heart to anyone coming to Addis. My room, 514, was cleaned every day, and the food and beverage service was full. The staff were great, very respectful and smiling all the time. Everything you do here is very nice. Thanks for all, we’ll meet soon. Kefale yayeh, food and beverage supervisior, is a very nice man.
