We stayed in a studio for a month, and the room and bathroom were clean. Booking was straightforward and communication went well. A couple of things concerned me: the kitchen faucet's hot and cold controls were installed the wrong way around, and a socket cover was missing. Either could cause an unpleasant injury. The price for what you get is okay.

The room has the basics for a comfortable stay, including a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, shower, toilet, sink, and the necessary furniture. There's also a vacuum cleaner, mop, iron, and ironing board. Kitchen items include a coffee maker with paper filters, an electric kettle, a one-liter ladle, frying pan, large salad bowl, colander, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and knives, forks, and spoons. It's a double room with a small refrigerator. Strip satin bed linen is changed every two weeks, and each person gets one large and one small towel then. Overall, it's not bad.

It's pretty nice apart from the kitchen. The cabinet doors stick out all over, there's no silicone along the countertops, and the stove is quite inefficient.
