What stood out to me was how practically and humanely the team handled things when a solution was needed. The people living here are friendly and trustworthy, and the building feels safe. Communication is smooth, and the team is kind, responsive, flexible, and professional while still being friendly. I've had a really great experience with Toivo Studios and felt well looked after. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, flexible, comfortable place to live. Thank you so much to the Toivo Team!

After living at Oy Toivo Studios at Gransinmäki 8 for about a year, I was charged €1,327 over a false fire alarm while cooking. I don't think that was fair: I took reasonable precautions, cleaning the grease filter every month and running the fume hood at full power. This was my first such incident, and the fire department's guidelines suggest these charges typically apply only after a second false alarm. Tenants were never told about the fee. I hope the company explains it to tenants so nobody else has to face the same problem.

A good short-term stay for 1-6 months, with all amenities included in the rent.

A nice place to stay, with extra amenities, and you can rent it for either a short or long term.

It worked well for a couple of months, though the cooking setup could be better equipped.
