During Aurora-camp, the service generally worked just fine. The Draivi room was pleasant and climate controlled, and both breakfast and the dinners we bought were good quality. Basic upkeep, at least in Draivi, couldn't quite keep up with us.

Staying in one of the glass igloos was such a special experience. Ours was right by the lake, and with no other guests in the igloos in the middle of winter, it felt even more memorable. The place and its facilities were great. We had a private sauna set up for the time we chose, plus the hot tub and igloo-sauna. Just dreamy. The dinner and breakfast package was well worth it. The three-course dinner was delicious, and they have an amazing chef. The hotel staff were so sweet and helpful. Amazing place!

Bowling Diner was completely empty, but our three tiny burgers and ten fries each took 40 minutes. They also forgot the salad that comes with every burger, which seemed like an easy thing to remember. Nobody apologized or even acknowledged the wait. Just terrible service.

Waking up to views over the frozen lake from the glass igloo made the stay at Revontuli feel magical. At night we could stargaze through the glass ceiling, such a unique experience. The staff were lovely and did everything they could, even bringing over a new wi-fi router when ours briefly went down. We also loved the saunas and hot tub, and jumping into the ice cold lake. One day we hiked nearby in Konnevesi National Park with a guide. The lakes seemed to go on forever, and it was a beautiful day out in nature. We can't wait to come back to Revontuli in summer. Such an amazing place 🙌🏼😄
