We loved the concept and had nothing to fault. It was comfortable for two adults and two kids, and the sofa bed was ready when we checked in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and storing our bags before check-in and after checkout was really handy. The team was helpful over the AI-assisted WhatsApp chat, and even helped me store breast milk after checkout.

The apartment was well equipped and great value, with luggage storage before check-in too. We also appreciated the privacy, keyless entry and smooth check-in. It wasn't absolutely perfect, but it was more than good enough for us. I loved it, and would choose it again if I come back to Helsinki.

We felt safe and at home, and the price was good. Check-in was simple, communication was good, and the location worked really well. I'd recommend it. I took off a star because a bathroom fixture looked a bit worn and some light bulbs needed replacing.

The penthouse stairs are lovely to look at, but carrying a suitcase or two up the spiral steps is a workout. Apart from that, I've had a pleasant stay each time I've visited Bob, four times across three apartments in the past year. The rooms are great, especially the ones facing the street, and online check-in with a door code makes getting in easy. The location is premium: Helsingin Yliopisto metro station is right below, with a tram stop outside, buses a minute away, and a K-Supermarket downstairs beside the metro entrance. The harbour is only a 15-minute walk away. 10/10, would recommend!
