A cozy little place to stay. The floors are cold and you can hear through the walls, but otherwise everything's fine.

There are good grocery stores right next door, and the whole of Hanko is worth coming back to. The guesthouse is clean and well located, with big shared spaces where you can keep your own snacks in the fridge. The breakfast bag had enough in it too.

For €50 per bike for 24 hours, we rented electric bikes and spent the day cycling around Hanko. It was a great way to see the city and its attractions. The staff were friendly and showed us how to set the bikes up.

The upper kitchen cabinets are so high they made us laugh and wonder what the owner was thinking. If you actually needed to cook, it would be impossible. The room was spacious, with three beds, and the reading lights we cared about were fixed after we pointed out they weren't working. Luckily our neighbors were quiet, since the soundproofing isn't great. The breakfast bag in the fridge was more than enough for everyone. You can make tea and coffee whenever you like, I think, though the coffee tin did say breakfast coffee. The location is excellent, with a shop next door.
