This place was crazy expensive for what it offered, and we wouldn’t recommend it. The food was a disaster: expensive and undercooked, even the basic pizza. The gaming machines were out of order, and the bowling and pool room was open only briefly. The pool was taken over by one family, while bowling wasn’t allowed during the last hour and a half before closing, leaving all four lanes empty. The spa was small and overcrowded. Our room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. We waited 30 minutes for another room, only to find that one dirty too, so we waited another half hour. We also bought wine at the bar to take to our room, but weren’t allowed to carry it ourselves. A staff member came with us to bring it the 40 metres, and it cost 15.90 euros.

It’s a nice place for families, but a few small things could be improved. I’d give it 3 out of 5.

There’s a lot to do here, with so many amenities, and it’s a great place to relax and unwind. Just keep in mind that it gets very busy during school holidays. We came over winter break and it was packed, so I’d suggest visiting in the off season.

There’s a huge choice of sports facilities, with something for almost every kind of sport. Service was a little slow, but everyone was polite and helpful.

The reception staff were really helpful, thanks for that. The Holiday Club has the look of a country club, but the atmosphere feels more like an ABC service station. As for the spa, €30 didn’t feel well spent. You can see it all in an hour and have no reason to return. It might work for young kids, or if it’s included in your room and you just want a quick sauna and splash around. Even Saimaa Spa is better, and I don’t think that one is very good either. They could improve things by looking at Viimsi Spa near Tallinn and adding a water park beside the spa, along the lines of H2O.
