The Wi-Fi was very poor, even with around ten different networks showing. There was no on-site reception, room service, or fresh towels during my two-week stay. The windows were completely locked and couldn’t be opened, and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. For the first few days, the shower gave us warm water for only about two minutes. Most of all, there was almost no peace or quiet. Doors slammed loudly late into the night, one evening seemingly hundreds of times. The guests were mostly very young, around 18-24, and the atmosphere felt loud and disrespectful. To me, the place felt more like a run-down hostel than proper accommodation. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I can’t recommend it.

The standard wasn’t what I expected. The room felt stuffy, with poor ventilation, and although the sheets looked clean, the duvets seemed not to have been aired out or replaced in a long time. The hotel advertises a sauna, but apparently it has been out of service since the summer.

We were happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and convenient, and the building is in a quiet area close to the metro. There’s also a market, pharmacy, and shopping mall nearby.

The location was nice and the room had pleasant decor, but the furniture and materials were very worn, and there were barely enough glasses and other basics. The kitchen didn’t even have salt. It was summer, though not especially warm outside, yet the apartment was much too hot. The windows couldn’t be opened, and the cooler provided wasn’t enough to bring the temperature down. Also, parking in the same building only works for small cars, which wasn’t mentioned when booking.

The place was fine apart from a couple of things. You can’t open the windows, so you have to rely on the AC throughout your stay. Also, the door code changes automatically at 11:00 without warning. Luckily, one of us was still inside to gather the luggage we’d left.
