Innotelli Apartments

There were plenty of beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a box of chocolate waiting when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment is also conveniently close to the city center. Just keep in mind it’s on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so strollers or heavy suitcases could be a problem. The two bedrooms aren’t completely separate, since a thin wall doesn’t fully divide them and light from one room reaches the other. One double bed is up a small set of stairs, and there isn’t much room up there.

There was hair on the sheets, blankets and pillows, and the room was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. I complained, but they later told me it was fine and clean. I was traveling with my wife and young child, and the experience was horrible. Think carefully before booking this apartment.

There’s no AC, just a fan, and it was extremely dusty. The apartment is also near the metro rails, with people working day and night, so it gets a bit noisy. The room itself was gross, with dust and someone’s hair everywhere. Be careful cooking, too: the smoke detectors are directly above the stove and might go off without a good reason. If that happens, the fire department could be called and there may be a 1200€ fine.

The apartment was clean, and the instructions before arrival explained how to get there and where to park. They didn’t mention EV chargers, though. The place itself is basic, and the customer support fell below standard. I spotted a loose toilet seat and missing shower gel as soon as I arrived. I called several times with no answer, then messaged on booking.com and got a careless reply just before midnight. The beds are very soft and weren’t comfortable for someone heavier like me. I’m giving it 3 stars because I don’t think there’s anything better in the area for the price I paid, but I definitely wouldn’t stay again.
