The breakfast spread was great, especially the fresh green and berry juices. The double room had plenty of space for two adults and the beds were comfortable, though the pillows were too soft for me. The hotel is handy for the shopping district, restaurants, K-market, and bus and tram stops. There are a few steps between the door and bedroom. At night, it was tricky to walk down to the toilet in the dark unless we left a light on. The men’s and women’s saunas were only open for two hours at a set time each day. We were out sightseeing most of the day and missed them, which felt ridiculous. Evening sauna hours would let guests use them after a cold day out.

The room was a good size, and the shower was a great size too. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s less than a five minute walk to the tube and bus station, a bit farther to Helsinki’s main train station, and there are tram stops close by. I’d definitely stay again.

The location made visiting Helsinki easy, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious but rather dark. There was also some dust by the bed and in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Our room was good, but a little too warm, and the air indoors felt very dry. The bed felt too warm as well, so unfortunately we didn’t sleep well.
