It brought back a lot of memories from my army days. The rooms are plain, with just two beds and a cabinet, so don’t expect luxury, but I still had fun. Breakfast was a couple of steps better than what I remember from the army. There was also a nice outdoor bar by reception.

Really good overall 👍🏾 There weren’t many staff around, though. It was outside the travel season, so maybe that’s why.

The surroundings are a real highlight, and there’s plenty of air force spirit to take in both indoors and out. It’s also worth wandering around the area. Meals are served in a proper catering center, on orkish trays, and there’s free billiards in the TV room, which was a great find. The lobby has a PS4 too; it didn’t work at first, and the game selection is small, but there were enough games. The hotel itself was good, though the shower is out in the hallway. The rooms are old ones used by course students or conscripts, with no luxury, but the company has kept the place in a condition that should stand up to wear over time.
