There are lovely rapids and a suspension bridge nearby. The little house itself is warm, and the heater works perfectly. It has everything you need, including a veranda. The bathroom faucet looks beautiful, though its controls are unusual and take a little getting used to. A wonderful place to stay in Kotka, highly recommended!

The noise from parties and loud music at night disturbs elderly residents in the neighboring apartments. I’d suggest the hostesses explain the rules for staying in apartment buildings to guests. People living next door aren’t happy with this hotel.

The open veranda has a barbecue, and there’s free parking. The kitchen is stocked for everyday use, with TV and Wi-Fi too. A quiet spot, but the kitchen needs a general cleaning. The sink faucet doesn’t work properly, and take care in the shower because the hose isn’t secured.

The apartment is clean, and though the renovation is old, it’s been kept in good condition. It’s a cozy, quiet place, good for a family vacation.
