The late arrival worked out easily. I drove from Helsinki and got there after closing, but check-in was no problem. The place was comfortable and clean, and its slightly dated look felt charming to me.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the customer service was amazing. Botnia hotel has a cozy, classic feel, with rooms that have balconies, refrigerators, and TVs. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kokkola.
