The staff were great, though the hotel itself felt pretty average. Breakfast had an okay range of choices, and the room was fine with the tiny beds I expected. The floor could use a proper cleaning. No sauna or pool, despite the pictures showing them, and they aren't at this location. A three feels about right, somewhere in the middle.

My weekend was ruined by how disappointing this place was. The rooms were shabby and old, only about 4 square meters, with no soundproofing. There weren't even towels in the room. The claims about a sauna and pool are false too. It's badly maintained and poor quality. I strongly recommend staying away.

Really good value for the price. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was basic but good enough for 12 euro. Cheap without feeling low quality.

We were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading the reviews. The room was quiet, with only a little distant noise and no traffic sounds, and it was comfortable and tidy. It had a good amount of space, fairly soft beds, a TV, kettle, hairdryer, safe, and fridge. The receptionist was friendly and let us into the room before check-in at no extra charge. The location worked well for us, just a few minutes on foot from the train station and close to the city centre. Parking costs 13 euros per day. Guests can use a kitchen area and laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers for free, which makes the hotel handy for longer stays. There’s complimentary tea and coffee at reception, plus snacks for sale from a machine. Breakfast is 12 euros.

It's a very basic economy hotel, with no frills. The room got stuffy, and I couldn't do anything about the temperature since the windows didn't open. Breakfast was very Finnish.
