A quiet, peaceful village spot, with a river, a small lake, and a few horses near the hostel. It’s somewhere I’d want to return to.

Clean, decent hostel for a fair price. I’d recommend it.

The kitchen works well and the rooms are quite good. Breakfast is basic but enough. It’s good value, though the place is far from Lappeenranta, and the lack of Wi-Fi is a downside.

2/10
The breakfast was pretty meager: a traveler, an egg, two processed cheeses, two slices of sausage, an apple, and yogurt. My eyes were burning in the morning, and I wondered if there might be mold somewhere. The toilet floor stayed wet because it was leaking, sounds carried from other rooms, and the beds were low.
