Best Western Apartments Levi Gold

The apartment's owner was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, close to the main ski lift, equipment rental, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the ski resort. Each apartment also has a locker where you can store your skis at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

Our vacation got off to a horrible start at Levigold Studio C Hotel. We checked in at 11:45 PM after a long journey and found the room filthy and not cleaned at all. The bedding and pillows from the previous guests were still on the bed. It was shocking and disgusting, and completely ruined our first day. We tried every number the hotel provided, but nobody answered. Reception was closed and there was no one to help. How can this happen at a hotel that calls itself “professional”? I strongly condemn this. I demand an explanation and immediate action. No guest should have to go through this. I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone!

The beds are two twins pushed together, and they drift apart during the night, so they're not great if you want to sleep close to your spouse or partner. Otherwise, the apartment has what you need to rest after exploring the mountains, including a sauna, shower, TV, living area and beds. Check-in was smooth, and reception were friendly and helpful. It's very close to the slopes, shops and restaurants, so carrying ski gear around is easier and you may not need to bundle up. There's also a grocery store nearby if you want to cook for yourself. Levi Suites Gold was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the magic of Levi.

We were three, and the room felt a bit small, so I'd suggest booking two if you want some extra space. Still, it's a great little place right by the slopes and near restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, and there's a small kitchen with enough to make breakfast. The sauna is good, though very small.
