The service was kind, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for its location or rooms. I paid 200€ for a night without sleep, the worst hotel night of my life. The room was well above 30 degrees, and all they offered was a small table fan. There was no option to change rooms, and I think putting people in those conditions should be illegal. I couldn't open the windows or balcony door overnight because the bar across the street blasted music until 04 in the morning. Even with the doors closed, it kept me awake. If you're paying for a place to sleep, this isn't it.

For 250 euros, I expected a hotel room, not a museum. The room was in poor shape and looked like it was from the 1980s, and the bathroom was horrible. The Ritual products were good, and the swimming pools were okay. The elevators were old and bad. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The receptionist was nice, and we could borrow bikes for free. Parking was free too. We had a renovated room with a balcony overlooking the harbour, and the hotel was nice. Breakfast was good, with local products from Åland. It wasn't the sort of breakfast where chefs make omelettes and pancakes, but it was nice and enough.

Great hotel in a perfect location, with a good breakfast that got a little boring. The only downside was that there were just four bikes available to rent.

The location and breakfast were really good, and the bathroom decor was very nice. The room's air conditioning didn't work. The shower could have had a rain shower to go with the decor. The balcony needed some repairs, and a higher parapet would have given more privacy and security. Nice stay overall, and I'd come back.
