The apartment owner was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, with a balcony looking out at the ski resort. It's a short distance from the main ski lift and equipment rental, and there's a locker for each apartment where you can store skis at the end of the day. The hotel is in the town centre, close to restaurants and a supermarket. Highly recommended.

The beds are two singles pushed together, and they drift apart overnight, so they're not ideal if you like sleeping close to your partner. Otherwise, the apartment had what we needed after a long day exploring the mountains, including a sauna, shower, TV, living area, and beds. There's a grocery store nearby for picking up food to cook. Check-in was easy, and reception were friendly and helpful. Getting to the slopes was convenient and made carrying all our ski gear less of a chore. Shops and restaurants are so close you barely need to bundle up. Levi Suites Gold was a wonderful base for enjoying Levi.

The room at Levigold Studio C Hotel was filthy when we arrived for our first day of vacation. We checked in at 11:45 PM after a long journey and found the previous guests' bedding and pillows still on the bed. The state of the room was shocking and disgusting, and it completely ruined the start of our trip. No guest should have to deal with that. I strongly condemn it and want an explanation and immediate action. We tried all the hotel numbers, but nobody answered. Reception was closed, and there was no one to help. How can a so-called professional hotel leave guests in this situation? I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was a little tight for our family of three, so I'd book two if you want some spare space. Still, it's a great little spot right by the slopes and close to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was small but had enough for breakfast and similar cooking, and the sauna was good, if very small.
