The apartments are modern and in or near the city center, but I can't recommend the company after renting two different places in Oulu. I stay in furnished rentals often when I travel, and this was my worst experience. Customer service was hard to reach. Almost every call went to voicemail, and my repeated requests for someone to contact me about extending the rental agreement went unanswered. I later learned the office hadn't checked messages because it was so busy. The apartments were poorly equipped too: not enough kitchen gear, no spices, a faulty vacuum cleaner, and no spare sheets or towels. The price didn't match what was provided.

The worst part was customer service. Calls went to voicemail, and my text wasn't answered until around 10 the next day. They said they'd bring the internet package and sheets and blamed a communication outage. I feel this is how the company operates. My friend had an even worse stay at the same time, with no sheets at all and dried soap. I later texted to ask how the problems would be compensated and who I could contact, but got no reply. The office is only open from 10-15, so I can't get there on a workday. The problems could be fixed with customer service and an apology. The apartment was centrally located, and the instructions for getting there and collecting the key were clear, though there could be more light when entering the key code in the dark. It was missing sheets, though I eventually found a bottom sheet in the closet. The internet connection I'd ordered wasn't there, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. At least there was toilet paper, liquid soap and a towel. The curtains were torn. I really can't recommend this company.

At Lyötynkatu 5B Oulu, it's wonderfully peaceful, clean and relatively new. I recommend it! :-)
