The buffet was a real highlight, and the congress facilities were excellent. Our room was spotless, just right, and had a very comfortable bed. More than anything, though, the staff amazed me: everyone was so kind and friendly, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

Breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the small business lounge was a nice extra. We got a lovely upgrade when we arrived, and check-in was easy and pleasant. It was a beautiful stay in a lovely city, and I'd happily come back if I'm ever in this part of Finland.

The location was excellent, with lots of malls nearby, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Oulu. My family and I felt very much at home. Breakfast was great, and the service staff remembered how we liked our coffee and the omelette we ordered each day. Ranya at the counter was especially friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I really appreciated the self-service laundry and microwave, too. We were comfortable throughout our stay. A big thank you to all the service staff at Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu, Finland ❤️

The service was good and the room comfortable, but €200 for one night in a basic room felt like too much, even for Finland, without a group discount. Room service was average and very expensive as well. A meal for two with one glas of wine cost €110.

There’s plenty of room in the rooms, and the breakfast has a great range of options. Service was good too. The shower area is the one drawback, as space there is limited.
