The room was quiet and clean, with a nice view onto Piispankatu, and being right in central Porvoo was very convenient. There was a decent fan to cool things down a bit, but no AC, which is especially needed in summer. We stayed two days and nobody came to clean the room, change towels, or empty the bin. Breakfast was another letdown, poor and not tasty. I'd still recommend the hotel for a night, just not a longer stay.

The breakfast had lots of delicious options, including good eco-friendly food and services, and the sauna was excellent. My room was spotless, with fresh towels and comfortable bedding. The hotel is right in the heart of Porvoo, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back.

Right in the heart of town, it's just a short walk to the river and beautiful Old Porvoo. My room was cozy and clean, with the basic things I needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple, but satisfying and a nice start to the day.

The hotel has a fresh, new look, with lovely Finnish design, and the room was simple and peaceful. Our booking included a relaxing sauna, and the breakfast was one of the best, with lots of vegetarian and vegan choices. The location is right in the heart of Porvoo, and you can rent city bikes there to explore more freely. Staff were helpful and pointed us towards places to visit in old town. I'd recommend it especially for couples wanting a convenient, peaceful night or two in Porvoo.

Old school and low budget, but clean and tidy, with nice staff. Parking and access are easy, and breakfast is relaxed and okay. The rooms beside the road are noisy, though, and the badly kept blinds and curtains never make the room dark. It feels tired and needs refurbishment, with a 1990s European look. Room service only replaces towels, so they don't flush the toilet or make the beds. There are better options.
