Forenom Serviced Apartments Rovaniemi

We couldn't get into the apartment at all. Check-in was listed as 4pm, but the access code never came. We waited and tried contacting the property, with no response or solution, while it was -30°C outside. That made this dangerous, not just frustrating. Since a serviced apartment depends on self check-in, failing to provide basic access or communication is unacceptable. We assumed the other reviews described isolated cases, but our experience showed they were real. Think twice before booking, and don't take this risk.

The apartment was clean, and the room had everything that was listed. Parking is in the same building, and the location is great. Check-in and check-out were easy without contact, and messages through the site were answered quickly. I only took off a star because there wasn't even basic soap in the shower. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice.

The location was a plus, about a five-minute walk from the main area. But the service was awful. Self-service still needs some support: they hadn't sent the entry code and nobody could be reached. We stood outside for an hour, then had to get AGODA customer service to help.

This is a late review from last winter. The flat was exactly what we needed, within walking distance of the center. Getting in touch with the service was easy and personal, and they replied quickly. We also asked for a late checkout and had no trouble arranging it.
