Havaa at reception was so attentive and helpful. She worked at the front desk and served breakfast too, always with a smile. Her service made the trip especially memorable. The room was small, especially the toilet, and the sauna costs €45 for 45 min. Dinner and breakfast were great, and the package we got from booking.com was very good value. Thanks again, Havaa, for making the trip memorable. I hope I've spelled her name right.

We had a fantastic stay in Lapland, with beautiful scenery, a nice cabin, and our own hot tub. The staff were helpful, and the restaurant food was local and really tasty. Service was a bit slow, but everyone was friendly and did their best. I think they were just very busy. We could walk from our hut to both the husky safari and the reindeer safari. Wonderful place to stay.

The resort sits beside an arctic hiking trail that's stunning in winter, and there's a pretty good chance of seeing the aurora borealis. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and came from different parts of Europe and further afield, so communication was never difficult. I absolutely love the place. There were a few very minor annoyances, like them running out of eggs at breakfast at 9.30, but I'd thoroughly recommend it.

The property's atmosphere and thoughtful design were impressive. The common area was well appointed, our room had hot water and reliable WiFi, and the coordinated activities were great. Staff were somewhat attentive, and the stay did feel special. The serious problem was the cold. Our room averaged about 10C, and the WC was 5C, with only one of the three heaters working. We raised it with the front desk several times. After asking for help a fourth and then fifth time, we were moved to a vacant heated room for one night. They eventually repaired our room's heaters for the final night. At this price, we expected reliable temperature control.
