Sonja was so accommodating at dinner each evening, and she and the chef handled our dietary needs really well. We had a great time here. The location was perfect, and the room and facilities were great. The half-board meals had lots of variety. Thanks to both of them.

The location was great and breakfast was okay, but I had a rough stay otherwise. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows awful, enough that I may need a chiropractor after this. I was in the presidential suite, which had modern furniture but felt worn in other ways. The bathroom looked straight out of the Soviet Union. The nightclub downstairs kept the windows shaking until 4am. They provide cheap bulk shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with few other amenities. The old smart TVs couldn't cast or run apps.

A short walk gets you to the Gondola, taxi rank, and shops, since the hotel is right in the village center. Staff were very friendly, and the half-board food was very good. The bar is a relaxing spot in the evening.

The hotel was clean and very nice, with friendly staff. Its location is handy for the ski slopes and the airport, and the bus drivers were amazing.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the restaurant on the first floor had decent options. The hotel is well located by the gondola and slides. We were put on the third floor, where some rooms oddly have no elevator access. After we mentioned it at reception, they moved us to the first floor. The rooms were decent, but housekeeping never came for some reason. They did replace the amenities when we asked.
