The quiet around the cottage was a big part of our lovely stay. We had neighbors about 200 meters away, internet and Russian channels inside, and even lit a fire outdoors one evening, which felt really romantic. The cottage had everything we needed, and the wood-fired sauna stood right by the lake. Each morning we found fresh redfish on the property. My husband caught a pike, the kids picked lingonberries, and we all enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We also took the children to the spa with its pools and slides, which they loved. The nature was beautiful and it was an easy place to relax. We stayed in August near the border, close to Imatra for shopping and a spa visit. We’d happily recommend it.
