The bar downstairs was loud enough that we could hear the music and conversations in our second-floor room. The bathroom and shared areas also smelled strongly of mold, even though the room itself was pretty basic. Online, check-in was listed as starting at 2 pm, but the doors didn’t open until 4 pm, at least on Saturday. There was no information about the parking that had been promised online. They only asked for a name and date, without checking ID, booking details, or the names of everyone staying. In a fire, they wouldn’t have had a record of all the guests.

The staff were really friendly, and the service was great. When we sat down at the bar downstairs, they even brought us nuts. The central location and affordable price were good, and late checkout didn’t cost extra. It was very hot in the room without air conditioning, even though the fan ran all night 🥵

Friendly service and a cheap stay. Breakfast is available for just 7.5 euros if you tell them ahead of time. Parking around Salo is free since there’s no parking enforcement 😆, as long as you park in the right spot and do it properly.

The room was really comfortable, and we enjoyed the good food. The service was great and they paid attention to what we needed.

An affordable place to sleep through the night. The dogs make it pretty noisy, but it works.
