The restaurant is cozy, and the forest trails have lovely stories to tell. The setting is wonderful, close to the lake and woods in a peaceful area, so I arrived with high expectations. I’m still inclined to recommend it, and hope the problems I noticed were just a one-off or perhaps an error. My room was in the main hotel, where there were very few signs in English apart from the Wi-Fi information. More concerning was the cleaning: there were food spots on the floor, and the balcony was a mess.

The scenery and nature are wonderful, with lakes and hiking trails in summer and downhill and cross-country skiing in winter. The hotel and rooms are nice, the food tastes good, and the service is friendly. A great place to visit.

The beach is great for children, and adults can sit on the terrace with coffee while watching them play in the water. It’s shallow, warm, and feels completely safe. I’d love to stay in one of their igloo houses in winter. Maybe we’ll save up for a trip this winter.
