The room itself was excellent, though I could have done without the taste of feces. I got my foot stuck in the toilet bowl while leaving the therapy chamber. In Hotel Kaartila's public areas, we found three cockroaches and two Erkki, and there was feces on the bathroom mirror. Greetings from me and the others exposed to corona virus and Lyme disease!

I can't believe this got five stars. The bed was good and the room clean, and it's a great hotel, but I'd give it zero if I could.
