The food was wonderful and the restaurant itself was fine, but the reception experience was awful. I wasn't staying at the hotel, just there for dinner, and unfortunately the restaurant seems to share the same reception. Jan was annoyed, rude, and impatient the whole time. It's a shame his attitude overshadows the kitchen staff and everyone else working there. Unless he's the owner, he’s doing a great job of driving customers away. Avoid JAN at reception and ask someone else for help.

For under €15, K5 lunches include a salad bar to start, a choice of two delicious main courses, coffee or tea, and a piece of cake afterwards. Tremendous value.

A lot of places were closed when we visited Levi for an autumn conference, but the lovely hotel staff helped us plan some fun things to do with our spare time on the last day. Thank you ❤️

We'd come to feed the reindeer, then spotted the lunch deal that runs until 14:00. It was already 13:50, but the staff checked with each other and said we could still eat. The buffet had plenty of choice and everything tasted lovely. Eating with a view of the reindeer was an amazing experience. Afterwards we fed them lichen, which cost €8 at the hotel reception. Thank you so much!

The room made coming back from the snow easy, with our own sauna and a drying cabinet, which we really needed after a day on the slopes. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great, though kids might find the choices a little limited unless they're happy with fish or chicken nuggets and chips. Levi was a great time. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the centre and right beside the frozen lake, an ideal place to see the Northern lights.
