The breakfast was the most chaotic and unpleasant we've had, with a crowded room and mostly cheap, unhealthy food that was disappointing. Our room also felt old, poorly kept, and not properly cleaned. The key cards were a constant hassle, and they couldn't give us two that worked. On top of that, the soundproofing was so bad that screaming children woke us at 7 each morning. Access to the gym costs an extra €15, which seems unreasonable for the hotel's standard, and nobody told us during booking or at reception. This is a three-star hotel charging four-star prices. We definitely won't return.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I stayed a week at Levi Hotel Spa. The rooms are clean and minimalist, but housekeeping was inconsistent and often came very late in the afternoon. For the first three days we had no towels, bath mat, or tea bags, and one of our room keys was taken by cleaning. There wasn't a phone in the room, so reaching reception wasn't easy. Breakfast was good, though it felt more like a cafeteria, and that helped shape my three-star rating. To me, the hotel feels more like three stars than four, even though the stay was okay.

From check-in through check-out, our stay was excellent. The place was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't find a single thing wrong. We'll definitely come back, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Right in the heart of town, and it's a lovely hotel. The lounge could use an indoor children's area for when families are socialising there.

The kids' playroom is a huge plus if you're travelling with children. The rooms are really nice and very clean.
