I'm angry about the bugs in my room and the lack of Wi-Fi. We eventually read the booking fine print, but it wasn't clear up front that there'd be no Wi-Fi. Who doesn't have Wi-Fi in 2026? The location is good, I'll give them that: a few minutes on foot to the ski slopes and one minute to the supermarket. Cooking facilities are good too, though there are hefty fines if you set off the fire alarm.

We had four brilliant nights in these cosy, practical apartments. Everything we needed for a great stay in Levi was there.

We were in room 213, with a loft and three beds, plus a sauna we didn't use. The S-market is right nearby, and Zero Point is less than a ten-minute walk away, which was convenient and about the only saving grace. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. Our contact, Laura, texted that we could buy it at the supermarket next door or use the bidet. How can a hotel not provide toilet paper? The room started getting cold on our second night, and by the last night it was freezing. Laura said the heaters were on and we could adjust them with a white remote, but it was nowhere to be found. That should've been left somewhere visible. I texted again about the missing remote, and the message was read but ignored, so we slept in the cold. After we checked out the next morning, Laura told me the heater really had a problem. Go figure.

The fire alarm is the real kicker: steam from the shower or sauna can set it off, and a false alarm costs over 800 euros. The rooms are cheap, and you're right in the middle of Levi, but be warned that the small ones are really small. We had to move the table to turn the sofa into a bed. The linens weren't completely clean, and hot water is limited. I'd go for a unit with a loft or separate bedroom.

Great location, and the small apartment worked well for us. It had everything we needed, though they hadn't provided bed linen for the third person. Luckily, we'd brought our own.
