The glass igloo was a great choice, especially for watching the northern lights from the room. We also loved having a sauna right there and used it every day. There was plenty to do on the resort grounds, and snowmobiling and the husky safari were our favorites. We spent an incredible five days here. The staff were so friendly, with a special thanks to Loris! I'd recommend the place, but it would help to have shuttles between the accommodation and the restaurant. Otherwise, be ready to walk.

Seeing the Aurora first from the restaurant and then through the igloo's glass ceiling for almost the whole night made this a once-in-a-lifetime stay for us. We spent one night here in Nov'25. The glass igloo is a bit cramped, but it comes with its own sauna. We also went to the west village to see the Planetarium and watched a movie about the Norther lights in a large domed theatre. We had dinner and breakfast, and the experience was great, though the price was very high and there wasn't much service.

We saw the Polar Lights, which made us very happy, and the horse riding excursion was smooth and guided really well. Service at the Resort was good, too. Whenever we needed help, they responded quickly and brought what we'd asked for. We had a great time there. It's nice that the glass Igloos now have their own bathroom with a shower and sauna. Shower curtains in the bathrooms would be a good addition.

We were very happy to see the northern lights for almost the whole night, but the rest of our visit wasn't great and didn't feel worth the money. We got to the East Village reception at 2:30, but checking in and reaching our room took about two hours, even though we'd checked in online to save time. We should have been told ahead of time about the deposit. We keep our credit card limits low when traveling abroad and raise them when needed, so knowing sooner could have saved us that delay. By the time we got to the room, it was dark. The person checking us in should have explained the resort facilities, what was in the room and how to use it, and how the Northern Lights alarm works and where to get the best view. We're vegetarian, and their efforts to provide vegetarian food were commendable, but they could do much more. Improving this could help attract more Indian customers. The passenger vehicles were so high that getting in and out was difficult. We're both 64, and I had recently been in an accident, which made it especially hard for us. They should provide small steps. We didn't get to enjoy many of the resort's special activities. We'd already tried all the games in Rovaniemi, so we didn't play them here, and nobody suggested anything else. After checkout and breakfast, we had to wait until 1.30 pm, and the receptionist didn't suggest an activity. We wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you!

The four-hour husky safari was unforgettable, and every second felt worth it. The huskies are so strong and quick that sometimes you need to slow the sled down! It was easily the best thing we did in Lapland, much better than the snowmobile and reindeer safaris. Don't miss it.
