The room had a decent amount of space and useful things like a microwave, shower, plates and cutlery, kettle, tea and coffee, fridge, and TV. The location was great and the price affordable. No trouble with noise or getting in, so everything went smoothly. The room is a little plain, maybe some art on the walls would help, but that's minor. I'd stay again.

The location is great, the room was clean, the bed comfortable enough for me, and either the walls were thick or I had quiet neighbors. The tea kettle was very good, and there were no odd smells. For the price, it isn’t bad, and it could work if you need somewhere near the city centre for about 50€ a night and don’t plan to eat in the room. Just be ready for awkward dishwashing in the bathroom sink, or maybe the shower. I thought I remembered booking a room with a kitchenette, but room 407 only had the bathroom sink and no stove. I wanted to check the original listing to see if I’d missed that detail, but my online account only showed the dates and information about extra linens and check-in procedures, not the room description or pictures. It would be helpful to have the full details available to confirm what I booked. I emailed customer service but got no reply. The dishes were two very scratched plates and two bowls, one chipped. The two mugs, two glasses, and silverware seemed fine. There were a few instant coffee packets and two black tea bags, but no paper towels or tissues. You have to wash the dishes before checking out, which meant doing the big plates in that tiny bathroom sink. The hallway door seemed to be unlocked every time I went in, though maybe it gets locked later in the evening. Also, you can’t cancel after booking unless you pay extra for the flexible, insurance, or extra-protection option. When I clicked the “cancellation policy” link while considering the booking, it led to a page describing that paid flexibility offer.

A good place to stay for a day or two, perhaps even longer, and the location is good. It’s a former apple hotel, with no reception or other activities like a bar or sauna. There’s no way to cook a meal, but you do get a coffee maker, microwave, sandwich toaster, cutlery, and a small set of dishes.

The room was well furnished, and we used the microwave and kitchen items, including plates, cutlery, cups, and a kettle. The bathroom was comfortable. I would have liked to speak with someone on the staff, but no one was there. Still, the room brochure had all the necessary information.
